Measures of a general nature

The Vsetín City Council, Department of Spatial Planning, Building Regulations and Transport, as the competent state administration authority authorised to establish local traffic regulations on local roads pursuant to Section 77(1)(c) of Act No. 361/2000 Coll, on traffic on roads, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on traffic on roads"), in conjunction with § 171 et seq. of Act No. 500/2004 Coll., Administrative Code, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrative Code"), on the basis of the proposal of the Administration and Maintenance of Roads of Valašsko, s.r.o., ID No. 26820218, Jiráskova 35, 757 01 Valašské Meziříčí, dated 28.12.2023,

s t a n o v i s i o n

pursuant to the provisions of Section 77(5) and Section 61(4) of the Act on Road Traffic, a temporary regulation of traffic on Class II and Class III roads in the administrative district of the municipality with extended competence of Vsetín in accordance with Decree No 388/2002 Coll., on the establishment of administrative districts, in the following scope:

Transitional traffic regulation on roads will be carried out according to diagrams No. 1-8 drawn up by the applicant, which form an integral part of this determination.
