The Regional Authority of the Zlín Region, Department of the Environment, as the competent nature protection authority in terms of Section 29 (1) and Section 67 (1) of Act No. 129/2000 Coll., on Regions, pursuant to Section 171 of Act No. 500/2004 Coll, 114/1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Protection (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act'), issues the following measure of a general nature in accordance with Sections 172 and 173 of the Administrative Procedure Code:
Article I.
Subject of the regulation
(1) This measure of a general nature establishes, within the territorial competence of the Regional Authority of the Zlín Region as the competent nature protection authority (hereinafter referred to as the Regional Authority), more detailed conditions for the application of the Principles for the Regulation of the Ailanthus altissima in the Czech Republic1 (hereinafter referred to as the Principles for Regulation) for the purpose of its removal, control or isolation.
(2) At the same time, for the purpose of the preceding paragraph, an exemption from the basic conditions for the protection of nature reserves, specifically for the use of biocides, is granted, and consent is granted for activities restricted according to the more detailed conditions of protection in nature reserves and nature monuments, and consent is granted for activities restricted in their protection zones, specifically for the entry, entry and use of chemical means suitable for the eradication of the spider mite in these areas.
