The Office for State Representation in Property Matters invites, pursuant to Section 65(3) of Act No. 256/2013 Coll., the Cadastral Act, owners of immovable property and other entitled persons who are not identified in the cadastral register with sufficient certainty, as required by the Cadastral Act, to register their ownership of the said immovable property with the locally competent office of the Office for State Representation in Property Matters.

A list of the immovable property concerned by this invitation is published on the website of the Office for State Representation in Property Matters www.uzsvm.cz in the 'Offer of property' section, under 'Insufficiently identified owners'.

The Office for State Representation in Property Matters hereby draws attention to the fact that if the owner of the immovable property does not apply within the time limit laid down in Section 1050(2) of Act No 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, i.e. by 31 December 2023, he is deemed to have abandoned it. Then, in accordance with Section 1045(2) of the Act, the abandoned immovable property shall become the property of the State.
