Extract from the 3rd meeting of the Assembly

The Municipal Assembly APPROVED:

• Budget Amendment No 08/2018
• pursuant to Act No. 128/2000 Coll. on Municipalities and authorises the Mayor to carry out extraordinary budget measures in the area of the involvement of transfers from other public budgets (subsidies) and the final budget measure in the settlement of shared taxes, fees and the recharging of equipment and staff salaries to individual sections and authorises the Mayor to carry out extraordinary budget measures up to CZK 200,000 during the year. The mayor will inform the council at its next meeting of the extraordinary budgetary change
• internal regulation on travel expenses
• Statutes of the Social Fund of the Municipality of Ratiboř, effective as of 1 January 2019
• the 2019 budget of the municipality of Ratiboř without reservations
• the amount of the municipality of Ratiboř's fees payable on 30 April 2019
• the current remuneration of non-elected members of the municipal council as from 1 January 2019
• the establishment of an easement on p.no. 3507/1 in k.u. and the municipality of Ratiboř u Vsetína
• provision of a financial contribution to the Ratiboř CCE in the amount of CZK 150,000 to repay the debt for the reconstruction of the church in 2019 (discussion on the possibility of buying the old rectory into municipal ownership - currently impossible)
• extension of the lease of Mrs. E. Žambochová in apartment house no. 337 until 31 December 2020
• the selection of the most suitable tender in relation to the public contract: 'Garden in natural style at Ratiboř Primary School' and authorises the Mayor to sign the contract with VALTEPRO s.r.o.
• the selection of the most suitable tender in relation to the public contract: "Collection yard in the municipality of Ratiboř, stage II" and authorises the Mayor to sign the contract with ELKOPLAST CZ s.r.o.
• addition of members of commissions and committees:
  - Member of the Audit Committee - Miroslava Slováčková
  - Member of the Finance Committee - Ing. Petr Salamon
  - Member of the Cultural Committee - Jakub Machálek
  - Member of the Environment Committee - Petr Vaculík
• retaining the existing telephone tariff of Bc. Sklenská, on the understanding that no other councillor is interested in establishing a service number

• the budget of the MR Vsetínsko for 2019
• the budget of the MR Central Vsetín Region for 2019

DISCUSSIONS:

• Discussion on the project "Locker rooms at the football field" for which a grant was not submitted due to the disagreement of 2 neighboring landowners.
• Inquiry by Mr. J. Janicek about non-functioning of hydrants - out of 47 hydrants, 19 were non-functioning last year. The entire system of hydrants, water main and wastewater treatment plant will be redone, which is the responsibility of the Vice Mayor. The function of the hydrants is primarily to desludge the water main.
• Sidewalks - the upper end is finished, 560 m of pavement has been laid, only curbs have been laid on the lower end so far, sidewalks are aligned, plan to finish in spring 2019. 120 trees have been planted throughout the village, which was facilitated by the Zlín Region RDC.
• Proposal to create gift vouchers worth CZK 300 and CZK 500 for jubilarians from 2019 onwards, for which they can choose goods at their discretion in the shop at Karol's (grocery or industrial), at Mrs Smutná's, in the florist at Jakubíků and in the pharmacy. These gift vouchers will replace the gift packages. The voucher will be valid for 1 month.
