Installation of photovoltaic power plants on municipal buildings In the last issue of the newsletter, we already reported on the decision of the municipal council to install PV plants on municipal buildings. This matter has already turned into concrete projects. Municipal buildings were evaluated by a photovoltaic expert and those suitable for installation were selected. These are buildings that mostly have roofs facing south. Based on the opinion of ČEZ distribution, photovoltaic panels will be installed on the following buildings: Football locker rooms - 10 KWp PV plant - the electricity produced will be partially consumed in the locker room building, but since the consumption here is minimal, most of the production will be sold to the grid. Kindergarten - 20 KWp PV plant - the electricity produced will be partially consumed in the operation of the kindergarten, but a large part will be distributed to the network, since it is a building with school operations and a significant part of the production is when the building is closed. An example is holidays, when consumption is minimal. Sokolovna - 15 KWp PV plant - due to the operation of the sokolovna, most of the produced electricity will be distributed to the grid. Primary school - 10 KWp PV plant - here we received a CEZ opinion with a notification about the need to strengthen the power lines in the given location.
The panels can be installed, but for the time being the generated electricity can only be consumed in the primary school building. After strengthening the distribution system in the given locality, it will be possible to sell electricity to the grid, which is important in the case of a school due to the number of vacation days when the building is empty with minimal consumption. Municipal office - PV plant with a capacity of 20 KWp - in the building of the municipal office there are several demanding operations on the consumption of electricity, led by a health center, a pharmacy, but also the operation of the municipal office itself. There are high demands for practically all-day lighting, and savings in heating are also very difficult to achieve here, as a stable temperature must be ensured for examining patients and performing medical procedures.
A large amount of energy produced will thus be consumed directly in operation. Surpluses will then be supplied to the network. Svazarm - 10 KWp PV plant - the central station of cable television is located on the svararm, which is a very demanding device for electricity consumption. Practically all production at this location will be used to power the operation of the cable television station. Community center - PV plant with a capacity of 15 KWp - great emphasis was placed on economical operation during the construction of the building, there is underfloor heating, double water distribution in social facilities, where it is planned to use rainwater for flushing, we also use residual heat from the restaurant's kitchen and use it to heat part of the building. The installation of PV plants is thus the next logical step towards energy-efficient operation. Carpentry - 20 KWp PV plant - the carpentry is currently used as a municipal warehouse
