• To connect Czech and Slovak cities and municipalities with experts in the fields of: energy, utilities, waste management, fuel and technology suppliers, academia, municipal companies and regional institutions
• To create a platform for a comprehensive solution to the topic
• Provide a space for effective communication and the establishment and deepening of personal ties

• Create a manual for cities and municipalities to address the issue
