A measure of a general nature amending, with effect from 1 January 2023, the measure of a general nature issued by the Ministry of Agriculture under No.17110/2020-MZE-16212 of 2 April 2020, as amended by the measure of a general nature No.MZE-49892/2021-16212 of 14 September 2021, as follows:

I.

Point 2.1. is deleted.

The existing points 2.2. and 2.3. are renumbered as points 2.1. and 2.2.

II.

Annex No. 1 to the general nature measure No. 17110/2020-MZE-16212 of 2 April 2020, as amended by the general nature measure No. MZE-49892/2021-16212 of 14 September 2021, is replaced by Annex No. 1, which forms an integral part of this general nature measure.

III.

This measure of a general nature shall enter into force on 1 January 2023.
