The nearby sawmill of Florián Mynařík and the mill of Karel Sklenský at the beginning of Ratiboře were important centres of resistance during World War II. The panel presents new facts about the life of Capt. V. Fedorovic Grikovsky, as well as the fallen partisans Antonín Surý and Vladimír Zavadil.
