Not far from this covered seating area, towards the cycle path to Ratiboř, there is a wooden throne of Václav III and an information panel of the Forgotten Fates nature trail about theThronus Regismonastery , which was supposed to stand at the confluence of the Ratibořka and Bečva rivers.

In 1993, the construction of the nearby halls for the production of CIV infusion solutions began. In 2000, the production halls were bought by the Zlín-based company PROMET PREFIX, s.r.o., which is now a modern engineering company. It uses 5000^{m2 of} space for production purposes and has another 3000^{m2 of} free space available, which is ready for the entry of other production projects and is a very important support in strengthening the production capacity.
