We help in challenging situations by supporting and stabilizing the psychological state, accompany throughout the entire duration of the crisis situation, and assist in finding solutions. As part of the service, we also offer assistance in asserting rights and legitimate interests - this usually involves support in dealing with institutions or authorities. Just contact us by phone and we will come to you anywhere in the Zlín region, or arrange a meeting at our outpatient clinic in Zlín.

Our mission

Our mission is to accompany people in a difficult life situation, which they are not able to manage on their own at the moment. The Crisis Assistance Service is provided to families and individuals throughout the Zlín region.

For people in crisis.

The aim of the service

A person who has managed an acute emotional state and overcome a crisis situation, that is:

• he/she has managed to release emotional tension
• he/she is able to talk about his/her feelings, his/her experience
• has gained insight and control over the situation
• knows how to reduce the negative impact on family, society
• has planned the next steps towards resolving the situation
• has found sources of support
• knows the reasons why the crisis occurred
• has exercised his/her rights, legitimate interests and taken care of personal matters
