The Ratiboř Municipal Office is offering assistance to seniors over 80 years of age to register for the COVID-19 vaccination from Friday, January 15, 2021 (until Friday, March 5, 2021). Interested persons can call 571 442 090 every working day from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m.

How to register for the vaccination

• Beginning January 15, 2021, residents of the country who are 80 years of age or older may register for the vaccine (the general public may register beginning in February).
• Registration for vaccination and booking of appointments is done using the central booking system at: crs.uzis.cz
• Both family members and the toll-free line 1221 can help with registration.
• The system will prioritise and allocate a vaccination date according to the data entered (e.g. age, health status).
