On Saturday, 14 October 2023, we are reminding you, thanks to International E-waste Day, of the need to take your end-of-life equipment to collection points so that it does not end up in mixed waste or landfill...
On this occasion, in cooperation with the National Technical Museum, we are organising the traditional Recycling Weekend, where interested parties can offer their historical pieces online and the museum selects representatives from these appliances for its collection.
Offer your end-of-life electric appliance to the National Technical Museum's collection
The NTMTraditional event is taking place online via an NTM Facebook event on the weekend of 13-15 October 2023 to mark International Waste Day, which falls on 14 October.

The Great October Challenge
International E-waste DayIn order to increase the proportion of end-of-life electrical equipment sent for recycling, the sixth International E-waste Day will take place on Saturday 14 October. And how to celebrate this holiday? Ideally by searching homes and offices and taking unwanted electronics to a used electronics container, a collection yard, an electrical shop or other designated place. Another option is to take part in the Recycling Weekend from 13 to 15 October and offer your end-of-life appliances to the collection of the National Technical Museum, which is organising the event for the eighth year in a row in cooperation with the Elektrowin collective system.
