The Municipal Assembly of the Municipality of Ratiboř, as the municipal authority competent pursuant to the provisions of Section 27(1)(d) of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "NSZ") and in accordance with the provisions of Section 173(1) of Act No. 500/2004 Coll, Administrative Code, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Administrative Code")
announces
measures of a general nature - amendment No. 1 to the Ratiboř zoning plan
(hereinafter referred to as "measures of a general nature")
This public notice, in accordance with the provisions of Section 173(1) of the Administrative Code, will be posted on the official board of the Ratiboř Municipal Office and published in a manner allowing remote access. Due to the scope of the measure of a general nature, it is not possible to publish it on the official notice board in its entirety.
