Requirements:

- High school diploma

- Knowledge of school meal services

- Familiarity with school meal legislation

- Knowledge of hygiene regulations and the HACCP system

- Knowledge of the consumer basket and principles of healthy nutrition

- Ability to manage inventory and food rationing

- Advanced computer skills

- Organizational and management skills

- Communication skills

- Ability to lead a work team

- Ability to modernize school meal services

- Good health

- Reliability, independence, thoroughness, flexibility, and responsibility

- Experience in the school catering sector is a plus

- Class B driver’s license
