The inspection was initiated upon delivery of the inspection authorization.
The subject of the inspection was the evaluation of the conditions, process, and results of the education provided by the kindergarten pursuant to Section 174(2)(b) and (c) of Act No. 561/2004 Coll., on Preschool, Primary, Secondary, Higher Vocational, and Other Education, as amended (the Education Act).
The subject of the inspection was to verify compliance with selected provisions of the Education Act relating to the provision of preschool education and school services.
