• Checking out boarders

Lunches must be checked out no later than 10:00 am on the day before the child will be absent. You can check out your child in person at the Kindergarten or by phone at 571 116 503. According to Directive 03/2005 on school meals, you are only entitled to a subsidised lunch on the 1st day of your child's illness. Thereafter, parents pay the full price of the lunch, including overheads, which, depending on the age category, is about 90 CZK per day.

• Dispensing of lunches in lunchboxes

Meals in lunchboxes for Kindergarteners are dispensed in the Kindergarten, through the side entrance to the kitchen, between 11:00-11:15. According to Decree 137/2004 Coll., on hygiene requirements for catering services, the food issued in the carriers can be used within a maximum of 4 hours from the time of cooking, i.e. until 15:00 on the same day. The food will only be dispensed into the carriers. We do not accept pots, glasses and other unsuitable containers. If a child with a full-day stay will be picked up from Nursery after lunchtime on an emergency basis, parents may come to the school kitchen at 14:00 for an afternoon snack. The snack is then ready to be served to the children present.

• Meal payment

Direct debits from current accounts are made on the 15th of each month. Parents who pay their boarding fees in cash must pay the amount by the 20th of each month.

• Prices of boarding fees

Category 01 (half-day stay in kindergarten) - 39 CZK

Category 02 (full-day stay in kindergarten) - 50 CZK

Category 03 (seven-year-old children) - 55 CZK

• Information on direct debit

Payments for boarding fees and service charge are paid by direct debit from the current account. It is necessary to indicate approval for direct debit for the current account of the Kindergarten 1771638349/0800, frequency 1x per month and financial limit of CZK 2,000. Payments for meals are collected in advance for one month. The operating fee of 450 CZK is collected in that month.
