• Secondary education with a school-leaving certificate
• Knowledge of school meals
• Orientation in school catering legislation
• Knowledge of hygiene regulations and the HACCP system
• Knowledge of the consumer basket and the principles of healthy eating
• Ability to manage warehouse management and food standardization
• Advanced PC knowledge
• Organizational and management skills
• Communication skills
• Ability to lead a work team
• Ability to modernize school catering
• Medical fitness
• Reliability, independence, consistency, flexibility, responsibility
• Experience in the field of school catering is an advantage
• Driving license category B
