The weather wasn’t on our side on Monday, so we celebrated Children’s Day with various games, an ice cream treat, and a disco.

Our celebration continued on Tuesday under beautiful sunny skies, when we went on a field trip to the Agricultural Cooperative. Chairman Pepa Zemánek explained to us what their responsibilities entail. From mowing the grass to the final feed, which they deliver to the dairy barns in Pržno and Hošťálková. He showed us the different types of machines used for mowing meadows and explained that each one has its own specific function. We had the chance to pet the calves they brought from Pržno and tasted fresh milk and cheese. 

It was a wonderful morning. That is why we would like to sincerely thank the chairman and the employees who took care of us all morning and dedicated their time to us. We look forward to our next meeting.
