We are really enjoying the spring days together at the Magnolia Daycare in Racibórz.

The favorable weather lured us out into the sunshine, where we started to prepare the raised beds. We dug up the herb bed and after a few days we were already harvesting the first chives and lovage of the year. We also planted flowers that will soon bring us great joy and make our surroundings more pleasant.

...and because our clients like to bake, we also tried out a few new recipes - fresh rhubarb bun, blueberry muffins or lentil cookies. And when clients wanted homemade noodles in a decent broth, we eagerly started making them.

The meadows full of dandelions also inspired us to make dandelion honey, which we liked so much that we were happy to repeat its production.
