MEASURES OF A GENERAL NATURE

DETERMINATION OF TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ON ROADS

The Department of Construction and Traffic Proceedings of the Zlín City Hall (hereinafter referred to as the "administrative authority"), as the competent state administration body in matters of determining local and temporary traffic regulation on class II and III roads, local roads and publicly accessible purpose-built roads pursuant to Art. 124 par. 6 of Act No. 361/2000 Coll., on Road Traffic and on Amendments to Certain Acts (Road Traffic Act), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Road Traffic Act"), on the basis of a proposal submitted on 6 August 2026 by a legal entity:  

Skanska a.s., ID 26271303, Křižíkova 682, Prague 8-Karlín, 186 00  Prague 86, represented by NVB LINE s.r.o., ID 26979675, Cukrovar 716, 768 21  Kvasice (hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant"),  after consultation with the relevant authority, i.e. Regional Police Directorate of the Zlín Region, Traffic Inspectorate Zlín (hereinafter referred to as the "DI Police of the Czech Republic Zlín") under No. KRPZ-85931-2/ČJ-2026-150506 of 4 August 2026, in accordance with Art. Section 171 et seq. of Part Six of Act No. 500/2004 Coll., the Code of Administrative Procedure, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Code of Administrative Procedure"), issues measures of a general nature, by which, pursuant to Art. 77 par. 1 lit. c) of the Road Traffic Act in connection with Art. 77 par. 5 of the Road Traffic Act

provides for a temporary regulation of operation

on land communes: roads No. II/489, No. II/491, No. III/4893, No. III/4892, No. III/4912 and No. III/4913 within the administrative district of the municipality with extended competence of Zlín; local roads and publicly accessible purpose-built roads without a name in the territory of the municipalities of Držková and Kašava

 on 22/8 – 23/8/2026 and 29/8 – 30/8/2026

due to:   execution of construction works within the construction "REPAIR AFTER CONSTRUCTION D49: ROAD II/489 DRŽKOVÁ, KŘIŽ. II/437 - SAT 192.11 - COMPLETE CLOSURE",

consisting in the placement of vertical traffic signs and traffic equipment, to the extent according to the situation of the traffic signs (details No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and "detail of the place of modification"), which is an integral part of this measure of a general nature, and according to the conditions set out below.
