Regulation of the State Veterinary Administration

The Regional Veterinary Administration of the State Veterinary Administration for the Zlín Region, as the competent administrative authority with local and subject-matter jurisdiction pursuant to Section 49(1)(c) of Act No. 166/1999 Coll., on Veterinary Care and on Amendments to Certain Related Acts (the Veterinary Act), as amended, in accordance with the provisions of Section 75a(1) and (2) of the Veterinary Act, has decided as follows:

Article 1

Termination of Extraordinary Veterinary Measures

The extraordinary veterinary measures ordered on May 5, 2026, by the State Veterinary Administration under Ref. No. SVS/2026/076692, with the subsequent amending order Ref. No. SVS/2026/087339 dated May 25, 2026, issued in connection with the occurrence of a dangerous disease—Newcastle disease in poultry—in a captive bird farm with more than 50 birds, in the cadastral area of Podhradní Lhota (723797), Kroměříž District, in the Zlín Region, are hereby terminated.

Article 2

Repeal Provision

Regulation of the State Veterinary Administration No. SVS/2026/076692 dated May 5, 2026, as amended by Regulation No. SVS/2026/087339 dated May 25, 2026, is hereby repealed.
