carrying out surveying work for the
Basic Geographical Data Base of the Czech Republic this year on the territory of the municipality

The works are carried out in the public interest pursuant to Act No. 200/1994 Coll., on Surveying and Amendments and Supplements to Certain Acts Related to its Introduction, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Surveying Act").

As a result of the work, the content of the database (the Basic Database of Geographical Data of the Czech Republic) was updated and the state map work was renewed.

Employees of the Surveying Office are entitled, pursuant to Section 7 of the Surveying Act, to enter and drive onto land to the extent necessary. They shall present their official identification to the owners and authorised users of the property, who shall not prevent them from doing so.
