In accordance with Act No. 256/2013 Coll. (hereinafter referred to as "the Cadastral Act"), the Office for State Representation in Property Matters (hereinafter referred to as "the Cadastral Act") has updated the list of properties with so-called under-identified owners (hereinafter referred to as "NIV") located in the territory of your municipality.

This is data taken from the Czech Office of Surveying and Cadastre as of 1 August 2023.
In view of the approaching end of the statutory deadline (1 January 2024) for property owners to
can apply for their rights, it draws attention to the fact that this is the last list of properties sent in this way
from the Office of the Ministry of the Interior.

The list of properties affected by this call is also published on the ÚZSVM website www.uzsvm.cz/niv. At
this address, citizens can also find all relevant information to help them navigate the NIV issue.

For newly acquired property that will fall to the State after 1 January 2024, the Office of the State Property Management will proceed in accordance with the State Property Act. This means that the properties will first be offered to specialised state institutions, such as the State Land Office, the State Enterprise Forests of the Czech Republic, or the State Enterprise Watersheds, etc. If the state institutions do not show interest in the property the ÚZSVM will look for a definitive owner outside the state. The ÚZSVM is ready to use the real estate acquired after the NIV, which will not be of interest to other state institutions, to support the development activities of individual local self-government units under the conditions set out in the State Property Act and the Methodological Material of the Ministry of Finance.
