The Vsetín Municipal Authority, with effect from 19.9.2022, lifts the ban on the disposal of surface water :
I. Repeals the ban on the general disposal of surface water from the following watercourses in the administrative district of the town of Vsetín
Vsetínská Bečva
Jasenický brook
Jasenka
Rokytenka
Semetínský brook
Vsetínský náhon
including their tributaries.
II. The ban on surface water abstraction from watercourses in the entire administrative territory of the Vsetín Regional District Council is lifted,
which was issued under the provisions of § 6 (4) and § 105 (1) of the Water Act and under the provisions of § 109 (1) and § 106 (1) of the Water Act on 25 July 2022 under No. MUVS 66019/2022.
