Within the meaning of Section 25(3)(g) of Act No 458/2000 Coll. (Energy Act),
as amended, we hereby give notice to the owners and users of real estate,
through which overhead power lines run or on which the protection zone extends,
to regularly remove and trim trees and other vegetation threatening
the safe and reliable operation of distribution system facilities on the property
ČEZ Distribuce, a. s., as the distribution system operator.
It is forbidden to allow vegetation to grow in the protection zone of the overhead line.
above a height of 3 m. The overhead line protection zone is a continuous area defined by
vertical planes on both sides of the line at a horizontal distance
measured perpendicular to the line (distances are governed by the provisions of Section 46(3) of the Energy
Act, as amended).
Removal and trimming of trees and other vegetation shall be carried out during the growing season
114/1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Protection, as amended.
If the owner or user of the land does not remove trees and other vegetation even after prior
notification and determination of the extent, the distribution system operator shall have the right to remove
to remove and trim trees and other vegetation, to dispose of the removed and trimmed
of trees and other vegetation threatening the safe and reliable operation of the equipment
of the distribution system.
