... effective August 1, 2018, until further notice, the public ordinance prohibits the disposal of surface water:
I. the general disposal of surface water from the following watercourses within the administrative district of the City of Vsetín. Vsetínská Bečva, Jasenický potok, Jasenka, Rokytenka, Semetínský potok, Vsetínský náhon including their tributaries.
II. surface water abstractions from watercourses in the entire administrative area of the Vsetín Administrative District. Failure to comply with this Decree or the conditions of issued valid permits will be dealt with in administrative proceedings with the use of the maximum sanctions resulting from the Water Act!
