The event, which we specially prepared for children from the weekend club of the Kodakimi organization Takoda, z.s., aimed not only to pass on new knowledge, but above all to show how meaningfully it is possible to spend spring evenings together in a shared atmosphere and accompanied by music. 

In the first part of the program, we allowed the children to penetrate the world of tones and rhythms. They found out what components music consists of, how these elements are further divided and, above all, how the music itself is created. We designed this block very interactively - we gradually stomped on, rattled instruments that the children made themselves, played guitars and sang together. Through this involvement, the children were actively and naturally educated in music.

As soon as it got dark and the fire slowly stopped blazing, we moved with the participants to the learned talk about the stars. We had an astronomical telescope at our disposal, where the children found out on what principle this optics actually works and why we see the image inverted through the lenses. With our assistance, they then observed the night sky, learned how to work with mobile applications designed to recognize stars and got acquainted with the most famous constellations. We ended the whole evening thematically with an interactive activity, during which the children put together constellations from  prepared puzzle pieces.

We thank all the children for their participation and great desire to participate in all activities. A big thank you also goes to the organization Takoda, z.s., which allowed us to implement this program directly for its members.
