3. Number of members of the municipal council for the election period from 2026 to 2030 - 11
4. Minimum number of signatures on a petition for an independent candidate – 60
5. Minimum number of signatures on a petition for an association of independent candidates - 105
6. End of the deadline for submitting candidate lists to the Registration Office – Vsetín Municipal Office by 4 August 2026
