ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE PLACE AND TIME OF THE CONCOLLECTED JOINT DEBATE AND PUBLIC HEARING OF DRAFT AMENDMENT No. 7 TO THE ZLÍN REGIONAL ZONING DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE
The Regional Authority of the Zlín Region, Department of the Regional Building Authority, Department of Spatial Planning (hereinafter referred to as the "Acquirer"), competent pursuant to Section 23(2)(b) in conjunction with Section 46(1)(c) of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Act"),
announces
in accordance with Section 93(5)(c) and Section 94(1) in conjunction with Section 111(5) and Section 96(2) and (3) of the Building Act, the holding of a combined joint meeting and public hearing of the draft Amendment No. 7 to the Zlín Region Development Principles (hereinafter referred to as "Z7 ZÚR ZK"). The decision to merge the joint meeting and the public hearing (hereinafter referred to as the "merged meeting") was taken by the Zlín Region Council in accordance with Section 111(4) of the Building Act by Resolution No. 0790/Z25/24 of 09.09.2024 when deciding on the acquisition of the Z7 ZÚR ZK. The combined meeting will take place
on 07.05.2025 at 14:00,
in the meeting room of the Zlín Region Assembly in the 16th floor of the Regional Office of the Zlín Region.
