PUBLIC NOTICE - ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE JOINT PLANNING AND CONSTRUCTION PROCEDURE

The Vsetín Municipal Office, Department of the Environment, as the water authority materially competent pursuant to Section 104(2)(c) and Section 106(1) of the Water Act, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Water Act") and as a special construction authority pursuant to Section 15(5) of the Water Act and Section 15(1)(d) and Section 94(j)(1) and (2) of Act No. 183/2006 Coll, on spatial planning and building regulations (Building Act), as amended (hereinafter referred to as 'Building Act') and Sections 10 and 11(1)(a) of Act No. 500/2004 Coll, Administrative Code as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrative Code"), received on 23.03.2022 an application from the Municipality of Ratiboř, ID No. 304263, Ratiboř 75, 756 21 Ratiboř, represented by MSS - projekt s.r.o., ID No. 26849836, Michelská 580, 141 00 Praha, for the issue of a joint permit for the construction of

'Extension of the water supply and sewerage system in the Hološín valley' (hereinafter referred to as 'the construction')

on plots of land parc. no. 2466/1, 2466/2, 2467, 2473, 2482, 2483, 2484, 2485/1, 2485/2, 2485/3, 2599/9, 2599/23, 2748/1, 3507/1, 3507/2 in the cadastral area of Ratiboř u Vsetína.
