Extract from the 5th meeting of the Assembly

The Municipal Assembly APPROVED:

• the agenda
• the recorder, the verifier of the minutes and the drafting committee
• budget amendment No 2/2019 as set out in Annex 1
• the reconstruction of 1,000 m2 of pavements as part of repairs and maintenance for CZK 210 per m2 in cooperation with SWIETELSKY
• the launch of tenders for the 'Repair of local roads, Primary school extension, Landscaping of the village square' and contacting the selected companies
• submitting an application for an accredited audit 2016-2020
• connection of houses to the water supply in the locality of Nepeklov and in the lower part of the village of Hošťálková - new construction
• involvement of the municipality in the "Municipality without waste" system, supported by the Ministry of Environment
• distribution of amounts for the support of social services as proposed by the Commission
• the intention to sell p.no. 829/23 in the area of the village of Hočevl. Ratiboř u Vsetína
• announcement of the intention to sell part of p.no. 3143/1 in the cadastral district of Ratibořov. Ratiboř u Vsetína
• a financial contribution of CZK 186,300 for transport services in 2019
• entering the 2019 Village of the Year competition
• an increase in the fee for filling swimming pools in the amount of CZK 400 per tanker + CZK 36 per m3 for 2019

The Village Council RESOLVED:

• the Mayor of the municipality to sign contract No 07331862 for the action Garden in natural style of Ratiboř Primary School.
• the mayor of the municipality, Martin Žabčík, to participate in the General Meeting of VaK, in the absence of the mayor, delegates the deputy mayor of the municipality, Michal Mrlina
• the mayor of the municipality to sign the future contract on the establishment of an easement and the agreement on the location of the building No IP-12-8023264

The Municipal Council TAKES NOTE of the following:

• the report on the construction of the recuperation system in the kindergarten
• the proposal for the purchase of forest land and the preparation of expert opinions
• a report by the forestry officer on compensation for losses from the 2018 bark beetle calamity
• necessary repairs to the Ratiboř wastewater treatment plant
• information on the Hološín fitness station
• information on the construction of a new water connection (Sušírna site)
• production of returnable cups for social events in the municipality
• the report of the Police of the Czech Republic for 2018
• the purchase of part of p.no. 3498
• Information on the Easter exhibition

The Municipal Council RESOLVES:

• the announcement of the intention to sell p.no. 1375/2 due to the unresolved property situation of MK p.no. 3491/18 the sale of part of p.no. 3143/1 in k.ú. Ratiboř u Vsetína
