The renovation of older cabins has begun, with the roofing being replaced. The new roofing will prevent leaks and extend the life of the entire structures. New linoleum flooring has also been laid inside the cabins, using material that was previously used to protect the floor in the gym during social events. The cabins will be newly equipped with stackable beds.

At the same time, landscaping work has begun around the cabins. Soil from excavation work on the football pitch has been used to level the ground, making practical and environmentally friendly use of surplus clay.

Another major new feature will be a new covered fireplace, which will be built in front of the cabins. Its construction will be carried out by the Plamínci volunteer group with the support of the European Solidarity Corps. The summer months will bring laughter, games and adventure to the YMCA grounds, thanks to children's camps that will once again fill the place with life.

Thanks to these improvements, the grounds will be ready to provide children with a safe, comfortable and inspiring environment for summer stays in nature.
