Last week in the Magnolia stationary in Ratiboř we continued to process the crop from our raised beds. And there was a lot to process!
From our harvest, we prepared onion pie, zucchini mustard and spaghetti sauce. And because the plums are just ripening, we also got a craving for something sweet – plum "nutella".
Our beds make us happy not only when growing, but also when cooking and tasting together. And the best thing is that we know where our ingredients come from.
