It has become a tradition for us that every year on "St. Nicholas Saturday" we go to the St. Nicholas Run in Zlín - Louka. There are two reasons for this. It's for a good cause - the proceeds from the entry fee go to the Krtek Children's Oncology Foundation in Brno - and in winter it's a nice diversification of our running. Every year the organizers prepare a small gift for the runners, so this year I will gladly add a belt for the starting number to my collection of socks, headband and scarf :-)

The run is 5 or 10 km around Dřevnice, mostly on asphalt but there is also a section with unpaved path. And usually the sun is shining :-)
