Ratiboř

It is a very intimate to family affair with around 70 runners participating, where almost everyone knows each other. Last year it didn't work out, but after the previous year's experience I went again this year on February 15, 2025. The original idea to meet up with my classmates from nearby Přerov and Dřevohostic unfortunately didn't happen, but it was still a very nice afternoon. Behind Tesák and Bystřice pod Hostýnem the weather was completely different, sunnier than here, so the 8,5 km race route was running nicely. At the finish line, we had delicious noodle soup, great homemade cookies and a friendly atmosphere in the local pub, which was the backdrop for the start and finish. If it goes well, I'll do it again next year, and hopefully not alone. It was a very cool event for the hundred penny entry fee :-).
