The parish hill, where the monument is located, is located in close proximity to the Evangelical church, cemetery and historic rectory. Its peaceful atmosphere invites us to stop silently and reflect . The memorial stands as a symbol of resistance against oppression, belonging to the Wallachian community and determination to stand up to the lack of freedom from power and religion.
