Ratiboř

By government decree, it was again possible to convene a meeting of the Assembly. However, it was necessary to comply with the regulations of the Ministry of Health: drapes, two-meter spacing, etc... In order to meet the required conditions, the meeting was held in the hall of the firehouse (Svazarm building).

Extract from the 11th meeting of the Council of Representatives

The Municipal Assembly APPROVED:

• budget measure 4/2020
• not to penalize unpaid municipal fees, fees can be paid until the end of June 2020
• Promote the payment of rent to all tenants of non-residential premises for the period of the state of emergency as per government regulations who were restricted or did not exercise their employment and subsequently reduce the rent by 50% for a period of 3 months
• the purchase of fitness machines and the placement of these machines in the parish garden
• invites tenders for the pavements in the municipality of Ratiboř and authorises theaward of contracts to companies
• the relocation of the VTL gas pipeline No 632082 for the establishment of a VB and authorise the mayor to sign the contract
• compensation for the vegetation removed
• the tender procedure - subsidies for fences and the contractor for this action
• the inclusion of the application in the municipality's waiting list for municipal flats
• the purchase of plots of land parc. nos. 103, 104, 105 in the Ratiboř municipality
• purchase of plot No 205/1 in the Ratiboř municipality
• the purchase of part 2/384 of plot no. 2284/2 in the Ratiboř municipality
• terminates the lease of the food shop in Ponorka as of 1 May 2020
