...do you like to take pictures on your trips? Are you going to visit us in summer in Wallachia?

The Association of Municipalities of the Vsetín Microregion, headquartered at Svárov 1080, 755 01 Vsetín, ID No.: 70238880, within the framework of the activities of the Destination Society of Wallachia (organizer) announces a photo contest for visitors to the tourist area of Wallachia in the following categories:

1) Wallachian Nature
2) Active holiday in Wallachia
3) Live traditions and cultural events in Wallachia

The rules are simple, all you need is:
- Create a photo of sufficient quality (JPEG data format, A5 format at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi).
- Send it to us by 7 September 2018 to the following e-mail address: info@visit-valassko.cz.
- Enjoy a job well done and a pleasant stay in Wallachia.
- Look forward to winning.

With the submitted photo, please send to info@visit-valassko.cz an entry form for the respective category with a handwritten signature, which can be downloaded from the website www.visit-valassko.cz. The application form can also be requested via e-mail info@visit-valassko.cz.

The evaluation of the submitted photographs will be carried out and the ranking in each category will be determined by an evaluation committee appointed by the organiser from representatives of the individual regions of Wallachia, namely representatives of the Association of Municipalities of the Vsetín Microregion, the town of Vsetín, the town of Valašské Meziříčí, the town of Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, the Voluntary Association of Municipalities of the Wallachian-Mediterranean Microregion - Kelečsko, the Association of the Microregion Rožnovsko, the Association of Municipalities of Hornolidečsko, the Association of Wallachia - Horní Vsacko and the Association for the Development of the Microregion Central Vsetínsko.

The authors of the 3 best photographs in each category will be contacted by 2 October 2018 and will be awarded prizes:

1st place in each competition category - financial reward 6 000 CZK
2nd place in each competition category - financial reward 4 000 CZK
3rd place in each competition category - prize money 2 000 CZK

Finally, some important conditions of the photo contest:
- One competitor can submit a maximum of 1 photo for each competition category.
- The photo must be taken on the territory of the tourist area of Wallachia - Vsetín district.
- The photo must be accompanied by a completed and signed Entry Form for the respective competition category.
- The winning photographs will be announced on 26 September 2018 via the website www.visit-valassko.cz. The authors of the winning photographs will be contacted immediately and invited to collect their prizes.
- Participants of the competition acknowledge that by submitting an Entry Form they grant the organiser permission to use the photographs for the purposes of marketing and promotion of the Wallachia region for a period of 10 years in accordance with the relevant provisions of Act No. 121/2000 Coll., Copyright Act, as amended. Further information is included in the Competition Application Form.
- The organiser reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the competition, postpone, shorten, interrupt or cancel the competition without compensation at any time.
