Requirements:

- Secondary education with a high school diploma

- Knowledge of school catering

- Orientation in school catering legislation

- Knowledge of hygiene regulations and the HACCP system

- Knowledge of the consumer basket and the principles of healthy nutrition

- Ability to manage warehouse management and food standardization

- Advanced PC skills

- Organizational and management skills

- Communication ability

- Ability to lead a work team

- Ability to modernize school catering

- Medical fitness

- Reliability, independence, consistency, flexibility, responsibility

- Experience in the field of school catering is an advantage

- Driving license category B

- Monday 22/06/2026 from 9:00 at the Municipal Office in the office of the Mayor of Ratiboř
