Minutes from the 21st meeting of the Ratiboř Municipal Council

The Municipal Council APPROVED:

budgetary measure no. 6/2025
establishment of TIC Ratiboř in the municipality, located in the municipal office building at no. 75 – it will be an organizational unit of the municipality; at the same time, it instructed the mayor to take the necessary steps for its implementation
approved the intention to establish the company TS Střední Vsetínsko and authorized the mayor to carry out all activities related to the establishment of the company
inclusion of the application of M. Gajdoš, R. 558, into the register of applicants for housing
extension of the lease of E. Žambochová, R. 337, until 30 June 2026
the draft of the future contract No. IZ-12-8004652 and authorized the mayor to sign the contract
the proposal to issue amendment No. 1 to the Ratiboř zoning plan
to accept and register requests for changes to the zoning plan over the next 5 years, and after that time to evaluate whether it will be necessary to proceed with further preparation of changes to the zoning plan

The municipal council ANNOUNCED:

the intention to sell part of plot no. 3480/2 in the cadastral area of Ratiboř u Vsetína
the intention to sell part of plot no. 3535/6 in the cadastral area of Ratiboř u Vsetína

information on cultural events
the report on the partial review of the financial management of the municipality of Ratiboř for 2025
