Reconstruction of the bridge has begun, several photos added.

The bridge has been in poor structural condition for a long time, and every major flood causes further damage. As part of the renovation, the bridge will be demolished and a new bridge structure will be built in its place, designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete frame structure with a smooth connection to local roads. The construction will include the relocation of CETIN networks and cable television. The construction will be carried out by SWIETELSKY stavební s.r.o., which offered the lowest price in the tender, namely CZK 7,591,499. Of this amount, 70% is a subsidy from the Ministry of Regional Development of the Czech Republic.

During construction, the street leading to the building supplies store will be accessible from the center of the village.

We have already managed to obtain a subsidy for the project documentation for the bridge renovation, where we were supported by the Zlín Region and received CZK 250,000 for the preparation of documentation for the building permit.

Our municipality faces damage to property due to flash floods or flooding practically every year. The last very severe flood was in September last year. The Ministry of Regional Development regularly announces calls for grants for the repair of municipal property after floods. Thanks to these grants, we have already managed to repair many local roads and bridges in recent years.
