Brief advice for citizens on registering in the eDoklady application

• To install the application, you need to have a smartphone with the Android operating system from version 10 or iOS from version 15 with Internet access and a set lock code.
• For proper operation, the application must be downloaded only through supported official Google Play and App Store services. The application may not work properly with unsupported alternative versions of Android or after downloading from unofficial sources.
• Your phone must have a camera and Bluetooth.
• To register, it is necessary to have a Citizen Identity login means (eGovernment Mobile Key, NIA ID, Bank Identity, mojeID and other means of identification).
• On your mobile phone, it is recommended to have the default internet browser set as the default internet browser: MS Edge, Google Chrome or Safari
• The condition for registration is to have a Czech identity card. The document must be valid

Brief advice for citizens before verification using eDoklad:

• Keep your phone's operating system/firmware updated.
• Have registered for the eDoklady application.
• Have an up-to-date version of the eDoklady application.
• Have an updated eDoklad in the eDoklady application. We recommend that you update by logging in to the application on your phone connected to the Internet at home before visiting the polling station.
• Have Bluetooth and camera permissions enabled on your phone for the eDoklady app.
